I have uploaded the unzipped files onto my server and tried running adv_expand_menu.php to be greeted by a blank page. I have iterrogated and tried running the other files all with the same result. Am I missing something really obvious?

I have PHP 5.4 and MySQL database but can't see how or where to set the connection details.

Any help would be appreciated.
