Good morning Enrique, thanks for your class, is very complete. I did not understand a thing I would be grateful if you could give me this information for its use. This is your example:

IRR (array (-70000,12000,15000,18000,21000))

I did not understand how to pass these parameters.
- period = 240;
- financed = 225000;
- rental = 1592.92;

I hope in your help.
